About Indian Arrows

Founded in 2010 by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), Indian Arrows was established with a singular mission: to provide a platform for India's most promising young footballers to develop their skills through regular competitive football at the highest domestic level.

Based at the iconic Fatorda Stadium in Margao, Goa, we have become the cornerstone of India's youth development ecosystem. Our unique model allows players aged 17-21 to train and compete together while receiving education and life skills training.

Over the past decade, Indian Arrows has produced more professional footballers for India's top leagues than any other academy. Our alumni include current Indian national team players and stars in the Indian Super League.

2010 - Foundation

Established by AIFF to prepare India's U-19 team for the 2011 AFC U-19 Championship.

2014 - I-League Participation

Became a permanent fixture in the I-League, India's top football division.

2018 - Academy Expansion

Opened residential academy facilities in Goa with full educational integration.

U-13 to U-16

Junior Academy

Senior Team (U-21)

Competes in the I-League, India's top division. Players aged 19-21 gain professional experience against established clubs.

Competes in the AIFF Youth League and various national tournaments. Focus on tactical development and transition to senior football.

U-17 Team

Rahul Prajapati, 19-year-old midfielder from our senior team, has been called up to the Indian national team camp for the upcoming SAFF Championship. This marks the 12th Arrows graduate to receive national team recognition.

Academy Expansion: New Residential Facility Inaugurated

October 28, 2023

With support from the Government of Goa, we have inaugurated a new residential wing at our academy complex. The facility includes 50 additional rooms, a study hall, and rehabilitation center, increasing our capacity to 150 residential scholars.

Arrows Secure Historic Victory Against Former Champions

October 15, 2023

Our senior team secured a memorable 2-1 victory against Churchill Brothers at Fatorda Stadium. Goals from Vikram Singh and Anwar Ali secured three points in a thrilling encounter watched by 8,500 fans.

Women's U-19 Team Wins Goa Invitational Tournament

October 8, 2023

Our women's U-19 team clinched the Goa Invitational Tournament title with a comprehensive 3-0 victory in the final. Captain Priya Yadav scored a brace and was named Player of the Tournament.
